In order to assure a high level of quality Mike maintains only three to four projects a year. This assures every customer the dedication and attention to detail necessary. Mike serves Clear Creek County, Jefferson County, Summit County, and Grand County in the front range. Mike has been doing business for the last 30 years and is fully licensed and insured.

As General Contractor, Mike will personally supervise and schedule your project from start to finish. He will also track all costs on the job and provide monthly updates with a cost breakdown. To further assure your full satisfaction, Mike bills for work only after it has been completed to your specification and not before.
